Discrete and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great neighbourhood with a vintage diner (Belair) a block away on Broadway, plenty of shops and restaurants on the way to the subway and best of all : a superb little "Italian and Mexican" food restaurant two blocks away on 14th street (on the corner)... try the spaghetti with meatballs, best we've ever tasted! Better than in Little Italy!

The hotel was very good. Very reasonably priced, the room was spotless and quiet. The staff were helpful. The room facilities were very good. Plenty of hot water in the shower and the bed was one of the most comfortable that I've slept on

The location of the place is very nice having a 15min distance from LGA airport. But the "breakfast" that is mentioned is just some yogurt, coffee, juice, and granola bars. So won't really call it a breakfast but yes it was decent for the price.

The property was in a good location, with free parking and a nice area. People walking with dogs, exercising, etc. it’s an older hotel, but it’s clean and safe feeling. I liked how there’s a nice market, fast food, and restaurants within walking distance. If you have a car it’s easy to navigate the area.

The hotel is well located, close to the subway station and near many small restaurants and markets. The area is quiet and the people around is nice. Rooms was well furnished, beds confortables and very cleaned.

The entire place was very clean and convenient that we just had to stay another night. The staff was very professional, kind and understanding to our needs.

I liked the staff. The parking was safe and abundant. There were no bugs. The room was pleasant. Housekeeping was great. Neighborhood was safe. Lots of dining options. Nice place to stay.I stayed here 3 nights and it was enjoyable.
